Under our management plan we look after all the on-going needs of your site. The plan covers all required amendments to existing pages, regular linking to search engines, Search Engine Optimisation, monthly uploads with a new page date, monitoring of site functionality and a full and comprehensive statistics package. The Active Management Plan is one of our most popular services and almost all of our clients take advantage of it.

After the site is commissioned and published, justDynamic will continue to work with you to ensure your site's effectiveness is maximised.
justDynamic's experience has shown that for an Internet site to be successful it needs constant care and updating. Internet sites simply do not work if they are published once and then left without changes and updates. One of the greatest causes of failure for Internet sites is when companies buy a designed site for a sum of money, place it on the Internet and then ignore it.
To help companies make their Internet site work successfully, we take over all aspects of the ongoing site design and management including changes and modifications to the pages.

Content management - Full management and optimisation
We manage the text and images on the web site, you email the requested changes to us and we upload them within two working days. We also optimise the page for the required keyword so that it is readily found by the leading Search Engines.
Site Changes
During the month, any changes or modifications to the existing pages are undertaken. This includes changes to the text on the page or to the images. If you have a regular PR campaign, either in-house or through an agency, we can be included on the circulation list and when we receive items, will automatically add them to the site.
Monthly updates
Every month we will refresh all your pages with a new issue date and re-load them to the Server. This ensures that users are confident the site is always carrying current information and also ensures better placement in Search Engine listings. These monthly updates are in addition to other site changes you might require during the month. You can be confident that the site is looking current to the users who visit it.
Regular Site Checks
Like any computer file, information can become corrupted. We check the site on a regular basis to ensure it is fully operational and no links or images have become corrupted. Any breaks are immediately rectified.
Search Engine Optimisation
We submit your site to the main Search Engines at the commencement of the Active Management Plan. We then check back on a regular basis to ensure the main Search Engines are continuing to index the site. Each month additional pages will be seeded to the Search Engines to ensure they remain indexed. While no company can guarantee your position in those listings, we can ensure you remain indexed and re-link where the Search Engines have dropped you.
Costs
The basis of the Active Management Plan is an agreed monthly fee to cover all aspects of the site modification, service and management. The only additional charge for managing the site is for the generation of completely new sections on the site - all existing pages can be changed within the agreed fee. News items and general PR additions are covered under this management fee.
